How credits work
- 1 creditone captioned video (transcript with timestamps, any export format).
- 1 creditper 2,500 characters of translation (a full video ≈ 1 credit).
- 1 creditper 90 seconds of AI transcription for videos without captions (a 3-minute video ≈ 2 credits).
- 1 creditone AI summary, quiz, study guide, cards or mind map — unlimited on Pro and Business.
- ResetFree accounts reset on the 1st of each month. Paid plans reset one month after your purchase date.
FAQ
What happens when I run out of credits?
The next job simply doesn’t start — nothing is deleted. You can upgrade (or just wait for the monthly reset).
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime — for card payments in the Stripe portal, or right here on this page for PayPal (Cancel now, or at the end of the paid period). Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; period-end cancellations keep access until the paid period ends and can be reversed until then.
Do unused credits roll over?
No — credits reset each month to your plan’s amount. It’s “allowance, not a balance”.
Why is the Business plan unlimited?
If you’re processing hundreds of videos a month, per-credit billing gets in the way. One price, no metering — and the same features as every other plan.
